RETURN & EXCHANGES
Adnym has a 14 days return policy.
Customers pay for returning the product back to our warehouse by the freight company of your choice. A return label can be requested against the cost of the return shipment.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Contact us at shop@adnym.com.
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
Close the box and tape it securely.
Leave your parcel at your nearest service center, preferably the same one as where you collected your order.
EXCHANGES
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.adnym.com.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note that in case of a written notice followed up by a the physical return of the product to Adnym within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 14. Return of the order must be sent back and received by us within 30 days of the purchase.
Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.
Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.

SALE
Our regular online return and exchange policy as described above applies during sale periods.
Adnym quality guarantee
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
