PRIVACY POLICY

Adnym Atelier AB (registration number 559034-4403), Maria Prästgårdsgata 27, 118 52 Stockholm, Sweden (“ADNYM”, “we”), is responsible for the personal data we process in our online shop and communications. Contact us at [email protected] about privacy, or [email protected] about an order.

What we use your information for

Purchases, delivery and customer service. We process your name, contact details, billing and delivery address, order contents, payment and delivery status, and correspondence to take and fulfil orders, arrange delivery and returns, respond to questions, and handle complaints. The legal basis is our contract with you; where we must keep records for accounting or tax, the basis is a legal obligation. We may retain information needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims based on our legitimate interests.

To place an order, you need to provide the contact, billing and delivery information requested in the checkout. Without the information required for payment and delivery, we cannot complete your purchase. Creating an account and subscribing to the newsletter are optional.

Payments. Our checkout offers Kustom Checkout and PayPal. The available payment methods for a particular order are shown in the checkout. The selected provider receives the details needed to handle the transaction and processes some information as an independent controller under its own privacy notice. ADNYM does not store your full payment-card number. Kustom’s checkout privacy notice and PayPal’s privacy statement explain their own processing.

Fulfilment. We provide A&I Logistik AB in Gällstad with the information needed to pack, ship and handle returns. The carrier receives the delivery information required for transport and tracking. In Sweden we use DHL and PostNord; internationally we use DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination and available service.

Customer accounts. You may shop as a guest or create an account. For an account we use your login details and order history to provide the account and protect it against misuse. The legal bases are performance of the account service and our legitimate interest in security.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we use your email address and subscription choices to send ADNYM news and offers via Mailchimp. The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not erase order records needed for other purposes. We may retain a minimal suppression record to honour your choice.

Website, measurement and advertising. Technical information such as IP address, browser data and logs is processed to run and secure the shop, based on our legitimate interest in a functional and secure service. With the relevant cookie choice, Google Analytics and Meta tools may process information about visits and interactions for statistics and advertising. Google Tag Manager is used to manage site tags. The cookie settings explain the categories and allow you to change or withdraw your choice. Visiting the site or placing an order is not, by itself, consent to optional cookies or newsletters.

Google Consent Mode also sends limited measurement requests to Google when you decline analytics or advertising cookies. These requests include your consent status, page information and technical browser data and are used for measurement and modelling. Declining optional cookies therefore does not stop every request to Google.

Cookies

Necessary cookies support essential functions such as the basket, checkout and security. Preferences, statistics and marketing cookies are managed through the Cookiebot banner and settings widget on the site. You can reopen the settings widget to change or withdraw your choice. The cookie declaration provides the current list of cookies, providers and storage periods. Browser storage periods differ from how long ADNYM keeps order or account records.

Recipients and international processing

For these purposes, personal data may be shared with our hosting provider One.com; Kustom and PayPal for payment; A&I Logistik AB, Ongoing as the warehouse system, and the applicable carrier for fulfilment; Fortnox for accounting; Mailchimp for newsletters; Cookiebot for consent management; and Google, Meta and Automattic/Jetpack where their website statistics or advertising services apply. The information shared depends on the service. A provider may act on our instructions or as an independent controller for its own service. Its own notice describes the latter processing.

Some of these providers may process personal data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. The applicable transfer arrangement depends on the provider and service. Depending on the circumstances, an EU adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses may apply. Contact [email protected] for details about a transfer relevant to your data, the applicable safeguard and how to obtain a copy.

How long we keep information

We keep order, return and support information for as long as needed to fulfil the order, manage returns or complaints, meet legal obligations, and handle potential claims. Accounting records are normally retained for seven years after the end of the calendar year in which the financial year closed under Swedish bookkeeping rules.

We do not currently apply a fixed deletion period to inactive customer accounts, incomplete orders or support emails. We handle requests for access and erasure manually and assess which information can be removed and which must be retained for an open matter, legal obligation or potential claim.

Newsletter details are used until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, subject to a minimal suppression record. Technical and cookie-related data are kept according to their purpose and the periods shown in the cookie declaration or relevant service settings. You may ask us to erase data that we no longer need or are not required to keep.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may object to direct marketing at any time and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email [email protected]; we may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Changes and contact

We update this notice when our processing changes and show the revision date above. Contact Adnym Atelier AB, Maria Prästgårdsgata 27, 118 52 Stockholm, Sweden, or [email protected] with privacy questions.
